Government officials on Friday announced funding for 15 infrastructure projects across Saskatchewan, including three wastewater projects in Regina.

The projects will benefit from nearly $45.8 million in funding from the federal, provincial and municipal governments -- with $19.8 million in federal funding from the infrastructure stimulus fund, part of Canada's Economic Action Plan, the federal government said in a news release.

Regina will be receiving three water/wastewater infrastructure projects worth $9.9 million in federal and municipal funding: The McCarthy Pump Station upgrades, a wastewater treatment plant forcemain and plant waterline.
